- The exhibition presented the wealth of sources in Těšín’s book collections, which have been looked after by Książnica Cieszyńska (Těšín Historical Library) since it was founded in 1994. It administers several unique library units, significant for researchers both on a regional and international level, with immense value for the study of the history of the Czech lands. On display were not only a selection of rare literary gems but also projects through which Książnica Cieszyńska provides research access to stored documents as well as educational material about the history of the town’s socio-cultural life.
